Brett R. Danko, CFP®, has worked in the financial services industry for many years and is a featured nationwide lecturer on matters of personal finance. He is regularly called upon by the financial services industry to provide financial planning training to top tier financial advisors and to consult on complex planning issues affecting their clients.

Brett is the Founder and Managing Partner of Main Street Financial Solutions, LLC, specializing in financial planning and asset management. In that capacity, he helps the firm’s clients address their complex financial planning and investment situations.

In addition, Brett is a dynamic speaker with the ability to deliver complex information to professionals and clients in an easily understandable way. He teaches all the required CFP® Certification Education Courses (Financial Planning, Insurance, Investments, Income Tax, Retirement and Estate) and CFP® Board Certification Examination Prep Courses throughout the United States. He also provides classroom continuing education to industry professionals. Brett is a regular speaker at key client events where he presents on emerging and hot topics in the financial planning arena.

Brett grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Newtown, PA with his wife and two children.

Michael Minter, CFP® comes to Main Street Financial Solutions from Merrill Lynch where he worked with corporate executives, business owners, professionals and retirees. His investment background assists him in analyzing markets and building customized portfolios for each client’s unique situation. He believes prudent low cost investments that are allocated properly are essential to maximizing returns.

Michael’s diverse group of clients requires him to have a strong educational background. He graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Finance and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Michael lives in Washington Crossing, PA with his two sons, and enjoys playing sports and coaching his boys.

Kerrie (Wagner) Debbs, CFP® joined Main Street Financial Solutions in 2012 after 23 years at a major brokerage where she focused on forming long term relationships and helping clients with all aspects of their financial lives.

Kerrie strongly believes in the client coming first. That is why she left the brokerage world and joined the growing ranks of Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). Her approach starts with sitting down and helping clients determine their lifetime needs, goals, hopes and dreams. With special focus on cash flows (i.e. personal income and spending), Kerrie and her clients work together to implement solutions to enable clients to make smarter decisions with their money.

Kerrie graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1989 and holds an MBA from Fordham University. She was a life-long resident of the Jersey Shore until relocating to North Carolina in 2013 and has worked in offices in New York, London, and Red Bank, NJ. Kerrie travels frequently between North Carolina and New Jersey.

Kerrie currently lives with her husband, Kevin, in Cary, NC where she enjoys playing golf, running outdoors, and live music.

Andrew has more than 30 years of industry experience in banking, finance and investment management, so he understands and believes that wealth management is more than just the wide range of financial services and solutions you can access at GENCapital – it is how those services and solutions are developed and delivered to help you pursue your goals. That’s why he offers a customized approach to wealth management, built on a personal relationship and shaped by an understanding of your needs and aspirations. To help manage your wealth, Andrew calls upon the advisory and investment brokerage capabilities of our firm.

Andrew coordinates high level planning, lending, alternative investments, and single stock diversification strategies for wealthy families and executives. Prior to co-founding GENCapital, he served as Senior Vice President at UBS, a Director in the Private Client Services Division at Deutsche Bank in Atlanta and was a Senior Vice President in the Capital Management Group at Wachovia Bank.

Andrew graduated from Furman University, where he earned his B.A. in business administration. He earned his M.B.A. from Georgia State University’s Executive M.B.A. Program at the Robinson School of Business.

Andrew and his wife, Laura, live in Sandy Springs and have three children. Living in the Atlanta area since 1991, Andrew has been and continues to be involved in various civic and community activities within a wide spectrum of groups and organizations.

Jeff Buice, CFP®, has nearly 20 years of experience in both the Financial Services and Information Technology Consulting Industries. He specializes in providing comprehensive wealth planning strategies and investment management advice to affluent individuals, families and business owners. In addition to his responsibilities as Partner and Senior Investment Advisor at GENCapital, Jeff leads the team’s financial planning initiatives and believes all clients should have a good understanding of both their financial and life goals.

Prior to co-founding GENCapital, Jeff was a Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. for nine years. His previous experience of over two and a half decades in a family owned and operated real estate business gives Jeff the background needed to provide the teams’ more real estate centric families advice beyond traditional wealth management. Therefore, through a consultative approach, Jeff can assist GENCapital clients with their liquid investments as well as help advise them on real estate acquisitions, bank financing, bank/loan negotiation, and more.

Jeff holds the Certified Financial Planner™ designation and a B.A. from the University of Georgia, where he earned a double major in both Finance and Management Information Systems. Jeff and his wife, Stephanie, have two daughters and reside in Roswell, Georgia. He is an Atlanta native and is a member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, Financial Planning Association, and the University of Georgia Alumni Association.
